Refund

You can refuse the ordered product at any time before it is received, at the time of delivery of the item by courier, as well as after receipt – within 7 calendar days.
Return of a product of proper quality is possible if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved. When returning an item of proper quality, we will refund its cost no later than 10 days after receiving it and your written application, however, within the specified period, we have the right to conduct an examination of a product in order to determine its quality and safety of consumer properties. The terms of crediting funds to the recipient’s current account depend on the internal regulations of the recipient bank.
